Returns and Refund policy

At Exclusif Scents, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Please note: Most of our products are decants (smaller portions taken from original fragrance bottles). This is clearly stated in each product description and should be considered before purchasing.

 

To qualify for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition as received – unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • You must provide the invoice or proof of purchase.

If the return is a result of our error, your shipping costs will be refunded as well. Exclusif Scents will not be responsible for insufficient address and packages returned to sender.

Returns must be delivered to our location in Discovery, Roodepoort. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Damages & Issues

  • Any claims for damaged orders or missing items must be reported within 2 business days of receiving your package.
  • Please contact us immediately at admin@exclusif.co.za with your order details and supporting photos (if applicable).

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customised or special-order items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us for clarification before sending it back.

 

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the product you want is to return your original item (if eligible). Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the preferred product.

 

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at admin@exclusif.co.za.

 

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched:

  • A 10% administration fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • If the order has already shipped, our standard returns process will apply.

By completing a purchase with Exclusif Scents, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
